This activity focuses on boosting your self-esteem. While receiving the compliments of others feels great and boosts our ego and self-esteem, we shouldn’t be dependent upon the praises of others. Just as easily as hearing something good about us lifts us up, hearing something negative can tear us down. This is where the problem lies. Focus on lifting yourself up so that you take whatever people say to or about you, with a grain of salt.
