Limiting Beliefs

You will hear me speak a lot about goal setting and how if you don’t believe you can achieve something, let alone if you do not believe that you are worthy to receive what it is that you want, you are limiting yourself to the possibilities of your life. A lot of times the obstacles in our lives are due to our limiting beliefs. This isn’t to say that unplanned events do not happen, but we can make the decision to persevere and pursue what it is that we want.

Activity:

Reflect on some goals that you would like to achieve and list any limiting beliefs that you believe are holding you back.
