I am kind to myself and others.
While today is Random Acts of Kindness Day, we shouldn’t practice acts of kindness for just one day. Outside of being kind to yourself, being kind to others is important to your overall well-being. Being kind and doing things for others can boost your self-esteem and increase joy and happiness in your life. It seems obvious but not everyone is kind to themselves, let alone others. So meditate on this day and put this affirmation into action.
