Activity:
- List your core values in life, i.e., autonomy, work-life balance, ability to travel, financial stability, etc. Then list why those values are important to you.
- Write your top 5 (or more) non-negotiables in a job and why these are important to you.
- Examine your current role and see if it aligns with your core values and non-negotiables, and go from there.
