
Today’s focus is on setting short-term goals in between the long-term ones. The year is still fresh and you have much that can still be accomplished. What would you like to focus on for the next few months? When we break our goals down into sub-goals, or smaller portions, we feel less overwhelmed, see more progress, and become more motivated and confident in achieving our goals.
Activity:
Think about long-term goals that you have established for this year. Hone in on one of them and break those down into smaller goals. What could you accomplish in one month? Within that month, what could you accomplish weekly? And what can you accomplish daily?
