It is all too easy for us to focus on areas of our lives that we want to improve. If we are always looking for what is wrong, then how will we ever be able to see and appreciate what is going well?
Today I challenge you to think about an aspect of your life that you are truly happy with. If you can come up with more than one aspect, that’s even better.
